TASW lectures are held at Whiteley Village Hall, Octagon Road, off Burwood Road, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 4EH. The hall seats 180 persons.

This is in addition to The Sanctuary car park area for those who need to be nearer the hall. Parking for those with Blue Badges is next to the Village Hall; the blue badge must be displayed.

Whiteley Village is a 200 acre model village founded on the instructions of William Whiteley, the owner of a famous Bayswater department store who in 1907 left £1m in his will to provide homes for, in his words, "aged poor persons". It is Grade II listed.

TASW lectures are held in the Village Hall which is equipped with an induction loop system.

TASW Special Interest Days are normally held at the Riverhouse Arts Centre (also known as Riverhouse Barn) at Manor Road, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 2PF.

Riverhouse Arts Centre is an arts venue built around an 18th century barn on the river in Walton-on-Thames. Opened to the public in 1989, it is a performance space, art gallery, craft studio, café-bar and garden with free on-site parking.

The main auditorium located in the original barn is a flexible space very suited to lectures and demonstrations and is equipped with an induction loop system.
